Die Zweiertische im Restaurant sind unterirdisch schlecht. Sie sind extrem wackelig und kippen bei geringer einseitiger Belastung.

Buen hotel para desconectar y descansar

El hotel esta muy bien, la ubicación es para tener coche porque si no dependes de autobus. Esta bastante lejos del primer pueblo con algo de vida( como 15 minutos en coche) pero si lo que kieres es desconectar este es tu hotel. Tiene buena animacion y muchas piscinas con muchas tumbonas en las que descansar y disfrutar. La comida es bastante decente y tiene mucha variedad. Las habitaciones estan limpias y bien lo unico que la decoración es vintage. Vereis unos atardeceres espectaculares.

No hay nada alrededor, solo plataneras.

Un buen resort con buenas instalaciones

Me gustó mucho el estilo resort caribeño, las piscinas, las actividades , el gran gimnasio , las pistas de tenis, el volley, la piscina que hay en zona con arena de playa , la amabilidad de todo el staff, el parking gratuito

Lo que menos me gustó fue la ubicación, no hay nada que hacer alrededor del resort, está rodeado de campos de plataneras. El desayuno buffet aunque es muy completo falla la reposición , el zumo de naranja de las máquinas dispensadoras se acaba enseguida y no se repone, el pan de barra tampoco , los kiwis muy pasados , y las tortillas que hacen en el momento sin palabras , las peores que me han hecho nunca en un buffet de hotel , cuando me tiraron en el plato ese intento de tortilla de jamón y queso me dio la risa porque pensaba que era una broma . El spa tiene vestuario de hombres y de mujeres separados pero solo nos dieron una llave para una taquilla en el de mujeres , mi marido tuvo que esperar a que yo finalizara para que me diera sus cosas y guardarlas en mi taquilla , habiendo taquillas libres en el vestuario de hombres

Bonito Fin de Semana de Paz

Las vistas a la fajana con plataneras es espectacular a la hora de desayunar, y el entorno de las piscinas. El mantenimiento adecuado, y todo muy limpio. Desayuno buffet super completo.

El check-in es un dolor de muelas. Largo, lento, mucha cola. Lo bueno es que pusieron una mesa con comida de bienvenida a la entrada... Unos plátanos, pastas de almendra y unos bollitos fritos rellenos de mermelada muy ricos, para amenizar la espera

El trato del personal, la comida muy mala y poca calidad y sobretodo la limpieza del restaurante deja mucho que desear, platos sucios, cubiertos, copas, tazas... todo los días todo sucio y el buffet muy sucio y no limpiaban. En fin no volveremos a ir.

Great Pools, good entertainment, good food

The biggest problem I had was the location although once it was so far from anywhere of note on the island. Yo yo had to drive up a mountainess road before getting on the lp1 to go site seeing. I hate the key system so it cuts the electric ehrn you haven't got your card in so you can't recharge your spare batteries or other devices unless your there. I wasn't all inclusive but some to of the people that were, were getting their moneys worth and getting too drunk. Most of the restaurant staff were excellent but one on the evening was a bit rude.

Beautiful site for a relaxing holiday

Fantastic swimming pools. The whole site is beautifully landscaped. We loved watching the sun set over the sea with palm trees silhouetted, whilst drinking cocktails. The food was very good but we were there in October half term & it was less than half full so the themed restaurants were closed.

It’s not the best place to stay if you want to explore the island as to get anywhere you have to go 15 minutes up a mountain with tight switch backs. There’s not much around it apart from banana plantations. It does however get the sun when the rest of the island has cloud!

What was the highlight of La Palma Princess

Affordable indulgence in a popular, beautiful, resort.

I loved the location. The resort itself is lovely and the views out over the sea are beautiful. The rocky coastline and the fierce waves are dramatic. The room we had was very comfortable, it was spacious and well equipped and when we opened our balcony doors we could hear the roar of the ocean. The gym was great and it was brilliant to have that included as well. The pool was nice, and the pools look lovely, although as we went in Jan, we only swam in the heated pool. This seemed to be the preference of most of the guests, which meant that during our stay, the majority of the pools were virtually empty with the heated pool being quite busy. However, that said, I imagine it is probably very energy expensive to heat the other pools, and I'm sure this isn't the case in other months, so it's not a huge deal. As for the food and drink. We went all inclusive, it was our first time trying the world of all inclusive so I don't have a great frame of reference. It was a pretty amazing and slightly shocking experience, just the infinite consumption of it all, but I enjoy gorging myself so generally it was great. It was all buffets. There was certainly no shortage of food and while none of it was exceptional most of it was good which is no mean feat considering the quantity and the choice provided.

The food was an enormous buffet with many, many, options. However, some of the food (especially the vegetables) felt pretty overcooked (which I guess might be hard to avoid with a buffet style dinner). There wasn't always a great amount of choice for vegetarians (the salad bar was excellent, there were always enough vegetables on offer, but there were almost no meat alternatives). The wine on tap in the main restaurant tasted a bit watered down and the coffee machines (which dispensed most of the coffee on the resort) made coffee that tasted very sweet (I think it must be the long life milk they use).

Great location, microclimate. Well-tended gardens and landscape. Most guests do 'all-in' but we opted for B&B and happy for that as quality of buffet and atmosphere of the only restaurant open left a lot to be desired. Thankfully several good restaurants in the vicinity.

Nice complex with a lot of swimming pools. The place is really well maintained, there are a lot of rooms and bloques. Depends on what your preferences.

There could be a really warm pools though. There is only one but not super warm

Mixed emotions, great place with room for improvment.

The buffet was good. The facilitkies in general are great. Plenty of sun beds, good gym, really nice gardens. Great place to go for a All Inclusive. Seemed like it was plenty for the kids. We had massage in the spa and that was great!

The biggest problem is the poor organisation of staff and how they work in the dining hall . Clearing tables and making ready for new customers. Its very slow and poorly organized. Also when you leave your table if there is any cutlery that seems not to be used they leave it when they clear the table and only replace what is obviously used. We also booked 2 special dinners - a BBQ in the mirador and a Buffet in the Origins restaurant. The BBQ was poor. There is a salad buffet (excacly the same as the normal buffet) for starter and while we were eating that the waiter came with a large dish with all the BBQ meat - which was all overcooked and dry. The Origins buffet was just a little better than the normal Buffet - but not worth paying extra for but the surroundings were nice. Also in order to have a coffee after dinner its hopless as there is only one bar with 2 or 3 staff open in the eveneing. Long queues..... Its organised so that people dont use it (save costs - as 95% of the guests are All Inclusive). We have seen many comments like this, but they dont seem to mind....

La structure de l'hôtel. Le cadre. Le confort

La nourriture. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais le dîner est catastrophique, tout est froid même en payant un supplément à la demi pension pour le restaurant Esencia les buffets étaient un peu mieux mais toujours froid dans l'assiette. Le 3ème restaurant ouvert uniquement le mercredi soir pour buffet avec grillades, nous n'avons donc pas pu essayer. Il manque vraiment un restaurant à la carte .
